What you're attempting to do is use an Email "Alias". Your Email program should allow you to use aliases. Some Email software doesn't....so they're probably not what you want. If you are using Outlook or an online Email service like Yahoo! or GMail, they also allow Email aliases. You set them up ahead of time and then when sending mail, just enter whatever alias you chose and the Email will be sent correctly.
How can I send mail by just listing the e-mail address and not the persons name in the "To" box?
Simply type in the email address in the To space, and send it.
