How can I find if a Yahoo account is still receiving e-mail?

Go to this site, scroll down just a bit and on the right side is a box where you can "validate email address".

email the address if it still is vaild you will not get the email back.
Reply:You can only find out if you have the password to it and you log into it!
Reply:You can send an email to the account, and if it gets returned then it is not receiving email anymore.
Reply:by logging into it? although if its because you are sending a message to a friend and they are not responding, if the account was closed then you would get a reject email in return. thing is, although its advertised that accounts get closed if they are not used for an amount of time, this never happens. if i sign into an old hotmail account i had years ago, it just asks me to update my details... but never deleted.

Reply:If you don't have access to the account, send a test email to see if you get a failure notice.
Reply:Uh, just send a message and if it don't bounce, or if it did and doesn't say it's invalid - then it works.
Reply:Send an email to the account and log in and see if it is there...And if it is not your account the email you sent will come back to you stating that it did not go through.
