When I try to e-mail a congressman not in my district, it is returned unanswered.

No there is not a one stop shop where all Congressperson's emails are available.





Don't expect replies to your emails. Not all members of Congress have the same policies for replying to email. It depends on the topic, and whether or not you are a constituent, and capacity (how many emails come in).





You should keep writing though if you are passionate about your interests.
Reply:unfortunately, your congress men/women only response email to his/her lobbyist people, in this case they report directly to an organization call IAPAC ...and you just another shrimp that not an important.

Reply:www.congress.org has a list of every congressman and woman.
Reply:go to wikipedia..it breaks all the Congressional districts down and the last election with votes cast!!
