How do you text through e-mail to?

someone with a verizon number?





i know you can do it with cingular because ive done it before you have to use a special address.





but i don't know what it is for verizon and i need to send my friend a picture can you please help?





oh and if its different to send a mms (picture message) than it is to send a sms (text message) then please specify

How do you text through e-mail to?
every verizon phone can receive e-mail if you send it to the phone number at verizon.net. I'm pretty sure phones from all providers can get this too, although not to verizon.net





ex: 0005551234@verizon.net





(area code then number... not sure if you have to put 1 in front, but you can play with that)
